Banna Project
The understated form of Banna allows it to blend effortlessly into any rural landscape while its simplicity creates a striking presence. Banna, with its linear A-roof shape, is designed for busy families who prioritise function while still yearning for a home which is comfortable, futureproof and provides a backdrop for creating childhood memories.
Available as a 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom house Banna has a spacious master suite comprising a bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. The other bedrooms share a family sized bathroom with a generous shower area while a home office which is closed off from the rest of the house ensures privacy and will allow you to switch off easily when the work day is over.
A large Kitchen overlooks the living and dining space with sliding doors leading to the garden. A side door brings you into an extensive utility room, providing ample storage for family life while keeping the laundry out of sight. A sizeable entrance lobby invites guests into your home, while allowing for plenty of storage space to keep clutter hidden.
A 3-bedroom Banna home has a floor area of 136 square metres and is a traditionally built house. Like all of our homes it is an Architect designed A-rated dwelling, which complies with all of the building regulations and can be rotated and mirrored to suit your own site and orientation. A slate roof, dark coloured windows and smooth rendered walls will ensure it blends into the surrounding landscape.
A fully fitted Kitchen and utility room is included along with all windows, doors, skirting, architrave, floor coverings, tiling, internal decoration and sanitary ware. You’ll be able to choose from a range of colours and materials to customise the home to your own taste, guided by our Architect.
